Booked family room, that included climate control, a personal safe, and a work desk. The staff was amiable, helped a lot. The location was perfect - 500 metres away from Southover Grange Gardens. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station.

The hotel has a brand-new look and the price was quite affordable. Its location is convenient, being situated across the street from a marketplace. Plus, the tea on the roof terrace was amazing.
There were a few downsides to my Christmas stay. First off, we had to search for the place and made several calls before we could finally arrive.

The hotel is newly renovated, and they keep it very clean and tidy. It is located right in the middle of the market area, which gives you a real taste of the area's culture. the staff was very friendly and hospitable; they served tea on the rooftop which was a unique and pleasant experience.

The English speaking man, friendly staff, clean and bright riad, perfect location in the markets, lovely atmosphere.
